For a more in-depth understanding of Project Purpose and it's impact on McLean students and the community, we have an after school program for McLean High School students. During meetings we will go over the goal of Project Purpose and students will learn ways they can impact their school and the surrounding community. Many organizations in the Fairfax County Public Schools area are reliant on volunteers to keep thier businesses and non-profits running. Unfortunately, many students are unaware of these organizations, and are unable to help. Project Purpose aims to connect students to regular volunteer opportunities not only to fulfill volunteer requirements, but also to make meaningful connections and contributions to the Fairfax community.
